OKW Taka's Terms & Conditions – Fully in Bengali

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between OKW Taka ("okw", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "player"). By accessing okw's website, app, or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Okw is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a range of other entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under an international license.

Okw reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The following conditions must be met to open an account with okw. These conditions form an integral part of okw's Terms and Conditions.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may only open one account.
• Only one account per household is permitted (no sharing of the same IP address or payment method).
• Users previously banned from okw are not permitted to register again.

KYC Verification

Under okw's terms and conditions, KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required for withdrawals above a certain amount. You will need to provide:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie photo (holding your NID)
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address

The terms governing financial transactions on okw are detailed below. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Terms

• To make a withdrawal, you must first place bets equal to at least the deposited amount a minimum of once.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Okw reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

All bonuses and promotions offered by okw are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of 12–20x the bonus amount typically applies.
• Duration: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Bet: The maximum single bet while a bonus is active is ৳500.
• Game Restrictions: Bets placed on certain games may not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• If wagering is not completed before the expiry date
• Violating the rules while a bonus is active
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts
• Withdrawing before wagering requirements are met

All games and betting services at okw are operated to international standards. Game outcomes are fair and randomized (RNG-certified) and are never predetermined.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• Okw is not liable for bets lost due to network issues during live betting.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match is prohibited.

Casino & Slots

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, okw reserves the right to restart the round.
• Identity verification is mandatory when claiming a jackpot win.

Any of the following activities violate okw's terms and conditions and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using bots, automation software, or any method to gain an unfair advantage
• Bonus abuse – such as self-referrals or claiming bonuses through fake accounts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing or threatening other players or staff
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification

Either the user or okw may close an account at any time. The process and conditions for closure are outlined below.

Closed at User's Request

Closed by okw

Okw may close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If a prohibited activity is proven
• Registering with false information
• In cases of suspected money laundering
• Under direction from legal authorities
• Extended inactivity (over 2 years)

• Personal information is used solely for service delivery and verification purposes.
• Your data is never sold to advertisers or third parties.
• Information is not disclosed to authorities unless required by law.

Okw accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection
• Losses caused by third-party software or device issues
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access (where user negligence is established)
• Force majeure events – such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, and the like

However, if any loss is caused by okw's own error, okw will be held liable and will provide compensation where applicable.

Okw reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@okw-taka.com. okw will aim to respond within 48 hours. If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant licensing authority.
